SAGE Foundation
The SAGE Foundation is the CSR arm of the Thadomal Shahani Centre For Management. Its mission is to build sustainable communities which provide enlightened education to children and wealth generating skills training to their families. The Foundation helps foster partnerships among non-government organizations, corporate bodies and civil society to harness their expertise, resources, and passions and turn good intentions into concrete results. With initiatives in areas such as education, communal harmony, healthcare and the environment, the Foundation is affiliated with the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, the Clinton Global Initiative, Buy1Give1, XL Nation and PATT Foundation.
The Shahani Trust
The Shahani Trust is a private charitable trust established in 1958 by Dada Kishinchand T. Shahani, one of Mumbai’s most renowned philanthropists. The Trust was originally set up to provide education, healthcare and low cost housing to the members of the migrant Sindhi community that settled in Mumbai after the Partition in 1947.Over the last half a century, The Shahani Trust has facilitated the establishment of many well-known educational and medical institutions in Mumbai, including the Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, HR College of Commerce and the Lila Shahani Centre For Early Detection of Cancer.
